Hey loves, thank you for choosing me to slayyy your nails as-well as trusting me as your licensed nail tech. 💗 I look forwards to working with you to achieve your desired nail designs. •READ POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING• •When booking an appointment with me you are AGREEING to these TERMS & CONDITIONS• •A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment, you will not be charged to reserve an appointment. The card on file will only be charged when there is a policy violation. A declining card on file will result in being banned from future services. • Before Arrival: fill out and sign the waiver and consent form prior to receiving services. •All services are given a 10 minute grace period. After will result in a $10 LATE FEE. After 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED. You will then be charged the 100% cancellation/reshedule fee. •Cancellations within 48hrs are charged 50% of service cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service. (No call,No show) will be charged 100% of the service,and you may not be able to book again. •For nail appointments, please arrive with bare nails bed no acrylic or gel unless a soak off is booked. •Once service is given, there are No refunds. If there is something you don’t like please let me know before 24 hrs. •For safety & sanitation purposes children/guest not being serviced are not permitted in the nail room they may be seated in the waiting area snacks and drinks will be provided for our guest. •3.5% convenience fee for credit or debit card transactions. Zelle or Cash is preferred at no additional fee. Zelle/Apple Pay payments to 980-269-9285. Or cashapp $nyckaylie. •By booking you understand and agree that you have read this online policy. All booked appointments are sent a text or email provided by the client at the time of booking to confirm/remind of your appointment. •message me for same day appointments •Nail repairs free at 48hrs •I don’t do fill-ins on other nail techs’ work, but I offer a soak-off and a new set. You can add this option when booking your appointment. Only one appointment booked per Person each person needs to have a card put on file.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
•100% cancellation fee will be charged if appointment is cancelled (NO CALL,NO TEXT,NO SHOW) within 24 hours.
•All services are given a 10 minute grace period. After will result in a $10 LATE FEE. After 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED. You will then be charged the 100% cancellation fee. Please communicate with me if you’re running late I am a very understanding person.
• For canceling or rescheduling appointments can be made through the link inside your confirmation email or text up until 48 hours BEFORE your appointment.
